Service Workflow
At Multico Equipment Services, we provide professional maintenance and repair support to ensure equipment reliability and minimise operational downtime.
Customer-Owned Equipment: Machines requiring major repairs or overhauls must be delivered to our service yard, where repairs are carried out by our trained technicians using proper workshop facilities.
Customers are responsible for arranging delivery and collection of their equipment.
MES Rental Equipment: Our technical team provides on-site troubleshooting, servicing and repair support for equipment rented from MES, ensuring prompt assistance and minimising disruption to customers’ operations. Where major repairs cannot be performed on-site, the equipment will be attended to at our workshop.
